Vice President Of Regulatory Compliance We're conducting a search for a Vice President of Regulatory Compliance with an established specialty property and casualty insurance organization. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to lead an enterprise-wide compliance program, advise executive leadership on regulatory risk, and oversee compliance across multiple jurisdictions. The organization operates in a highly specialized segment of the P&C market, making this an opportunity for a legal and compliance professional who understands the intersection of insurance regulation, product development, underwriting, and business strategy. Duties and responsibilities include developing and continually improving compliance policies, procedures, controls, monitoring, and reporting. Oversee regulatory compliance across all 50 states and other applicable jurisdictions. Identify, assess, mitigate, and escalate regulatory risks and compliance issues. Translate evolving laws and regulations into practical business processes and controls. Advise executive leadership on regulatory developments, compliance obligations, and emerging risks. Partner across underwriting, product development, operations, and other business functions to implement effective compliance solutions. Manage regulatory examinations and filings.
