Senior Business Systems Analyst

Business Systems Analyst Peak Performers has partnered with a Texas State Agency to assist in their search for a hybrid Business Systems Analyst in Austin, Tx. In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to the Information, Innovation & Insight Department and business stakeholders. Major duties: Provide technical assistance to the Information, Innovation & Insight Department and business stakeholders through complex to advanced business analyst work. Perform complex systems analysis and complete software analysis, design, and test activities for all phases of the solution implementation project. Document detailed system requirements, including functional, technical, EIR accessibility, and security requirements. Write and groom user stories in collaboration with business owners and technical teams. Perform system analysis, including business process maps, conceptual models, objects and use case models, and system architecture diagrams. Review, analyze, evaluate, execute, and develop test cases and scenarios based on business and system requirements to ensure traceability.
