Garage Door Service Technician

Location: Bay Area / Menlo Park, CA

Job Type: Full-Time, W-2 employee

Pay: $80,000 - $120,000+ per year (Performance-Based)After paid training, this position is 100% performance pay, which is 100% commission. No cap on your income.

Training Pay: $22/hour (1–3 weeks depending on experience)After Training: 100% performance pay, no cap on your income

Job Responsibilities: Service and repair residential garage doors and openers Perform detailed inspections ensuring compliance with safety codes Provide 5-star customer service to every client Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members Keep accurate records of all jobs (notes, photos, diagrams)Recommend products, upgrades, and solutions to meet customer needs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Participate in ongoing training and skill development
