Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial maintenance, fabrication, structural welding, and/or shutdown and turnaround work. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and the ability to work efficiently in demanding industrial environments.
Responsibilities:
- Perform And Successfully Pass weld Testing.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld procedures
- Fabricate, repair, and install piping, structural steel, and equipment
- Operate hand tools, grinders, torches, and welding equipment safely
- Maintain quality standards and ensure weld integrity
- Follow all site safety policies, procedures, and permit requirements
- Work alongside fitters, boilermakers, and other crafts to complete projects efficiently
- Assist during outages, shutdowns, and emergency maintenance work as needed
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications:
- Previous industrial welding experience preferred
- Experience in refineries, plants, mills, or heavy industrial environments is a plus
- Ability to pass welding tests and pre-employment screening
- Knowledge of OSHA and industrial safety standards
- Ability to work at heights, confined spaces, and varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Preferred CertificationsNCCER CertificationTWIC CardOSHA 10 or OSHA 30AWS Welding Certifications
