Account Manager — Sell More Structures (Marketing Agency)
Location: Remote (U.S. based)
Compensation: $45,000 – $55,000
About Us:
Sell More Structures is a growth marketing agency that specializes in helping construction firms grow online. We help our clients generate more leads and win more work through lead generation, websites, and social media. We do it without the jargon, the vanity metrics, or the smoke and mirrors the industry is known for, and we only work with clients we can serve and get excellent results for. If you want to learn more about us, visit sellmorestructures.com. Our employees are our most valuable asset — a group of talented thinkers, dreamers, and doers who move the industry forward and provide our clients with impeccable service. The Role in One Sentence You will own the relationship with 25–30 of our clients, and your job is to take them from satisfied to thrilled, and keep them there. What You'll Actually DoYou'll be the primary point of contact for a book of clients. Every month you'll lead a live review call where you walk through their campaign performance, explain the ROI in plain English, and map out the next 30 days. You'll respond to client questions the same business day, document requests, and follow through until they're closed. You'll build a quarterly strategy for each account. When a client is at risk, you'll know about it first, and you'll be the one who saves it. This is not an order-taker role. We expect you to own the relationship, own the outcome, and own the retention number.
