Devices & Technology Transactions Counsel

Amazon’s legal department seeks a talented transactional attorney to support the Devices & Services business. You will work with business development, product, and go-to-market teams as counsel on strategic partnership deals, including Appstore and Fire TV transactions. You will structure, draft, and negotiate a range of agreements, advising internal clients on legal issues to balance risk with business flexibility and speed.
