Overview: A leading international law firm is seeking a 3-5-year Associate to join its Intellectual Property Transactions practice. The ideal candidate will have licensing and transactional experience with a focus on life sciences, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.

Responsibilities: Advise on IP licensing and collaboration transactions Support strategic M&A, New Co formations, and carve-outs Draft and negotiate commercial agreements Advise on IP, technology, and data-related matters

Qualifications: J.D. or equivalent 3-5 years of IP transactions or licensing experience Life sciences experience required Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills Advanced scientific training or USPTO admission a plus Compensation & Benefits$260,000 - $365,000
