Coast is seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to act as the CEO's trusted operating partner, extending the CEO's reach across the company and ensuring high-impact decisions are executed with full context. You will drive the leadership cadence, run strategic initiatives end to end, and advise on growth and operations in a fast-growing fintech environment. You will sit at the center of the business, shaping board materials, leading cross-functional efforts, and building structure in ambiguity
