The clinic is booked out 5–6 weeks, so you’ll be busy from day one with a full schedule. This medical optometry environment focuses on patient care—exams and contacts only, no retail. Base salary is $222,000 with a 33% of collections bonus potential, plus medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan with match, profit sharing, and 20 days PTO including CME.
