Team: Mothering Convention

Commitment: Minimum 3 hours per week (remote), one team meeting per week (remote) & All day Oct 10, 2026 in Sandy, Utah. Unpaid Volunteer RoleKey Responsibilities Inputs registrations into database; tracks & contacts who hasn't paid; Gets registrations ready for smooth check-in. Customer Service – answers emails or forwards them to the right people; Creates tickets and fills orders for ticket sales. Responsible for systemizing wristbands. Inputs info gathered from tickets after the convention. Ability to track and record information Ability to learn and apply information Communication skills and pleasant nature Time Commitment & Expectations Dedicate a minimum of 3 hours per week to duties and outreach.
