Head of Business Operations

What You Will Do: Own the day-to-day operating rhythm of the business, ensuring company priorities translate into clear actions, accountability, and results. Drive cross-functional execution, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks, gaps, and issues across the organization. Partner with leadership on business performance, including KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and major business decisions. Build and improve the systems and processes that help us scale, creating greater clarity around ownership, decision-making, and accountability. Take ownership of high-priority strategic and operational initiatives that span multiple functions or don't have an obvious owner. Serve as a trusted operating partner to leadership, bringing strong judgment, clear recommendations, and the ability to independently move the business forward.

What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, management consulting, Chief of Staff, or similar high-ownership roles. Experience working within a growing, entrepreneurial or founder-led organization, with an understanding of what it takes to bring structure to a scaling team. Demonstrated experience owning complex, cross-functional initiatives and working closely with founders or senior leadership. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate across teams, and motivate others toward shared goals. Strong analytical skills with the instinct to use data and facts to understand problems, evaluate trade-offs, and inform decisions. Strong business and financial acumen, with comfort around budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and business performance. Excellent judgment and the ability to make thoughtful decisions independently. A natural problem-solver who brings structure and clarity to ambiguous situations. A strong communicator who can work effectively across functions and hold people accountable. Comfortable thinking strategically while also rolling up your sleeves to get things done. Location: Port Chester, NY. This is a hybrid role with 1–2 days per week in our Port Chester office and the remainder of the week remote. Candidates must live within reasonable commuting distance of the office.
