Position Overview: As a Construction Crew Member, you'll work alongside experienced Foremen and construction professionals to build high-quality outdoor projects safely, efficiently, and with pride.

Primary Responsibilities: Assist with construction of outdoor amenity projects. Install retaining walls, pavers, fencing, playgrounds, site furnishings, irrigation, landscaping, and specialty features. Operate hand and power tools safely. Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment. Maintain a clean and safe jobsite. Follow company safety procedures. Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule. Learn new construction skills and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications: Construction or landscape experience preferred, but not required. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Dependable and punctual. Willingness to learn and work outdoors. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work. Ability to travel to project locations. Valid driver's license preferred.
