Location: Stamford, CTJob Summary
We are seeking an experienced Informatica Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) Consultant to design, implement, and support enterprise data governance and metadata management solutions. The consultant will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to enable data discovery, data quality, lineage, and governance across cloud and hybrid data environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement Informatica Cloud Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC) solutions.
Configure and manage data cataloging, metadata harvesting, classification, and glossary features.
Implement business glossaries, data domains, policies, rules, and stewardship workflows.
Enable end-to-end data lineage and impact analysis across source-to-target systems.
Integrate CDGC with Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ), IICS, MDM, and external data sources.
Collaborate with data owners, stewards, architects, and compliance teams to define governance standards.
Support data discovery, data quality monitoring, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).Perform metadata ingestion from databases, data warehouses, cloud platforms, and BI tools.
Troubleshoot and optimize catalog performance and governance workflows.
Create documentation, governance operating models, and user training materials.
