Radiologic Technologist

WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services for partnered hospitals and clinics. In this role, you’ll perform X-ray procedures, position patients, and operate imaging equipment while adhering to strict radiation safety and infection control standards. You’ll collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and support staff to ensure accurate imaging and a positive patient experience. Perform diagnostic radiologic imaging procedures following physician orders and safety protocols Position patients correctly and operate radiology equipment to obtain quality images Verify patient identity, explain procedures, and ensure comfort and safety Apply radiation protection standards, including proper shielding and exposure settings Review images for diagnostic quality before submission to radiologists or providers Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records in electronic systems Maintain and troubleshoot radiologic equipment and report service needs Collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to coordinate patient care Follow infection control, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance standards Assist with scheduling, workflow, and supporting a high-volume clinical environment Diagnostic radiography Patient positioning Radiation safety Use of X-ray and fluoroscopy equipment PACS/RIS operation Electronic Medical Records (EMR) documentation Infection control procedures Anatomy and physiology knowledge Contrast administration protocols (per policy) Communication with patients and clinical staff Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current ARRT certification or eligible State radiologic technologist license as required BLS/CPR certification Knowledge of radiation safety and ALARA principles Familiarity with PACS/RIS and EMR systems
