FP&A Manager, Strategic Forecasting & Analytics

Supermicro is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead enterprise forecasting, financial modeling, and margin reconciliation across global operations. The role focuses on aligning commercial, operational, and accounting perspectives while delivering actionable insights to senior leadership. You will partner with Sales, Production and Accounting to automate processes, build scalable reporting, and deliver executive dashboards that highlight risks, opportunities, and performance against budgets.
