Coating Inspector - 1st Shift

Shift: Set up and operate automated coating equipment Inspect coated assemblies to ensure quality standards are met Perform hand touch-up coating as needed Enter production and quality data into computer systems Interpret drawings and specifications to complete work accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area Complete other duties as assigned by supervisors and managers What You Need to Bring to the Coating Inspector – 1st Shift Role: High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination Good vision and finger dexterity Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Basic math and communication skills Willingness to cross-train in other positions as needed Ability to stand, walk, or remain seated for up to 8 hours per day Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Ability to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishIPC-A-610 training preferred, but not required Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
