Job Description: Teacher Bring your creativity and love of learning to IE STEM! We’re seeking a caring, experienced Teacher to create an engaging classroom where children feel safe, supported, and excited to explore. We’ll help you develop new STEM teaching skills and build confidence leading hands-on science, technology, engineering, and math activities. You will: Plan hands-on STEM, early reading, and math activities. Assess children’s progress and adapt instruction to their needs. Support social and emotional development. Build positive relationships with families and colleagues. Maintain a safe, welcoming classroom. We’re looking for: An associate’s degree or higher preferred, ideally in education or with relevant education coursework. Experience working with young children. Strong communication, problem-solving, and classroom management skills. Knowledge of child development and classroom health, safety, and sanitation practices. Our founder, a licensed behavior specialist who presents workshops for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, provides classroom management guidance and support.
