Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role based in Brighton, CO. The Maintenance Technician will perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. Responsibilities include inspecting machinery, identifying issues, and completing repairs or adjustments in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Ability to perform Preventive Maintenance, including routine inspections, adjustments, and scheduled service to minimize unplanned downtime. Basic understanding of safety standards, lockout/tag-out procedures, and safe use of hand and power tools. Ability to read and interpret manuals, work orders, and basic technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and working in various environmental conditions. Previous maintenance experience in manufacturing, facilities, or a similar setting is highly beneficial.
