The Site PA will be responsible forthe professional, clinical, organizational, and administrative aspects ofproviding high-quality medical care to patients at our Diagnostic Treatment Centers. Thisposition is an excellent opportunity for a PA who enjoys caring for frail andelderly patients and is interested in providing comprehensive care in both aclinical setting and the home.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30 (1 hour lunch)

- Base salary $158,000-$178,000 plus bonus

Requirements:
Graduateof an accredited Physician Assistant Program.
NCCPABoard Certification required.
Current, active, unrestricted New York State Physician Assistant license.
Current:
New York DEA registration.
CurrentBLS certification.
ActiveCAQH profile.
Current:
Medicare and Medicaid provider IDs. Minimumof one year of experience working with a frail or elderly population preferred.
Geriatric:
- Medicine diploma, fellowship, or equivalent clinical experience preferred.
- Experiencein geriatrics and/or palliative care preferred.
- Home-careexperience preferred; candidates must be willing to provide home-care services.
- Excellentverbal, written, clinical, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Nomalpractice history or loss/restriction of license related to practice at theDTC.Bilingualskills a plus
