Project Coordinator – Ecommerce Logistics | Bellevue, WA6-Month Contract (Strong Extension Potential) | Hybrid (3 days onsite: Wed, Thu + 1) | $40–$45/hrResourceful LLC is hiring a Project Coordinator to join the B2C Logistics team behind a popular consumer brand's ecommerce storefront, a go-to destination for shoppers and fans alike. This is an early-career role with real ownership. You'll take on hands-on project management work, helping guide cross-functional initiatives from intake and scoping through launch, transition, and closure. We're looking for someone with energy, drive, and a genuine hunger to learn, who's excited to grow on a high-priority team.
What you'll do:
- Help scope projects and build project plans and workback schedules covering workstreams, stakeholders, dependencies, and milestones
- Keep work moving by tracking progress, coordinating across teams and vendors, and flagging blockers early
- Support ecommerce, logistics, new market expansion, and product-related initiatives
- Create clear status updates, dashboards, decision logs, and meeting notes
- Use Workfront and other project management tools to keep projects organized and on track
- Look for ways to improve processes, templates, and ways of working
- What you'll bring3–5 years of professional experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or a related space (retail, ecommerce, logistics, or entertainment a plus)
- Strong organization and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, go-getter attitude: you take initiative, follow through, and aren't afraid to ask questions
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Experience with tools such as Workfront, Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, Excel, or MS Project
Nice to have:
- Bachelor's degree
- Exposure to product launches, product lifecycle, or logistics operations
- Hands-on Workfront experience
