We're currently seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing, tight-knit therapy team. In this role, you'll support residents in rebuilding functional abilities, adapting to daily tasks, and achieving meaningful independence. You'll work alongside a collaborative rehab and nursing team to deliver clinically sound, person-centered care in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do:
- Complete functional assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions focused on ADLs, mobility, and safety
- Communicate progress and recommendations with the interdisciplinary team and families
- Collaborate with COTAs and Rehab Aides to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Foster a positive, resident-centered rehab environment
What We're Looking For:
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active Washington OT license (or eligibility)CPR certification (or ability to obtain)SNF, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferredbut not required
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills
