The FMD will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective emergency medical care while aligning with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical leadership and oversight for multiple FSEDs, ensuring compliance with industry best practices. Manage physician and mid-level provider staffing, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement clinical processes to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Oversee quality assurance initiatives and performance improvement programs to maintain high standards of care. Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams to align operational goals with organizational objectives. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and guidelines in all clinical operations.
