Quality Technician- Trainer

Kelly in partnership with Compal USA Technology is seeking an energetic and resourceful Training Technician – Quality to empower our team with top-tier training that keeps our operation strong and our standards high!

What You'll Do: Deliver and support engaging quality-related training for new and current team members. Keep training schedules running smoothly and all documentation up-to-date and audit-ready. Track training completion, coordinate onboarding and certifications, and keep everyone in the loop- especially management and supervisors. Be a proactive partner in continuous improvement confidentiality and ensure compliance with company and customer standards.
