Apply for this role →NetSuite Systems Manager Oak Brook, IL | Hybrid - minimum 3 days per week in office Stable10 is partnering with a growing, private equity-backed business to hire a NetSuite Systems Manager. With further acquisitions planned, the business is investing in the systems and processes needed to support a larger group. NetSuite sits at the centre of that strategy, and this person will own both the parent environment and the onboarding of acquired businesses onto the platform. Working closely with senior leadership and stakeholders across the group, you’ll combine hands-on NetSuite expertise with business analysis, project delivery, and stakeholder management.
The opportunity:
This is an opportunity to shape how NetSuite operates across an expanding business, taking ownership of the existing environment while building a consistent approach to future acquisitions. You’ll lead acquired businesses through the transition from their existing systems onto NetSuite, covering discovery, process design, data migration, testing, go-live, and support through their first month-end close. The role extends beyond individual implementations. You’ll develop a repeatable onboarding framework, maintain the group’s systems roadmap, and ensure the parent environment can support each new business as it joins. Strong functional delivery is central to the position. You’ll need to understand business requirements, manage competing priorities, and help teams feel confident using new systems. Technical capability remains important, with additional development support available for more complex builds.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Owning the parent NetSuite environment and its configuration, workflows, permissions, controls, and ongoing development.
Leading the systems onboarding of acquisitions, from initial scoping through migration, go-live, and adoption.
Building repeatable migration and onboarding processes that create consistency across the group.
Managing the NetSuite roadmap, balancing acquisition projects with improvements and day-to-day support.
Supporting OneWorld subsidiary structures, intercompany transactions, eliminations, and consolidated reporting.
Configuring and supporting Advanced Revenue Management and relevant project accounting requirements.
Improving processes through SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and integrations with surrounding business systems.
Developing saved searches, dashboards, and reporting that improve visibility at both group and individual business level.
Maintaining documentation, change controls, release testing, and user training.
What we’re looking for:
- At least six years of hands-on NetSuite experience, with the ability to own and improve a business-critical environment.
- Experience leading NetSuite implementations or migrations, ideally including QuickBooks-to-NetSuite transitions.
- Strong business analysis, process design, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Practical OneWorld experience across multiple subsidiaries, intercompany activity, and consolidation.
- Hands-on experience with Advanced Revenue Management.
- Working proficiency in SuiteScript 2.x and SuiteFlow, alongside strong reporting and saved-search skills.
- A solid understanding of accounting processes, including month-end close and revenue recognition.
- The ability to guide users through change and translate business needs into effective system solutions.
- Experience within a growing, acquisitive, or private equity-backed business would be valuable. NetSuite certifications, integration experience, and exposure to project accounting are also advantageous.
- The longer-term opportunity
- As the group expands, the scope of this role is expected to grow with it. You’ll have the opportunity to influence the wider systems strategy, establish standards that future acquisitions follow, and potentially help build a small systems team over time.
- This will suit someone who wants meaningful ownership, enjoys hands-on delivery, and is motivated by building the systems foundation for a growing business.
