Location: Houston, TX
Pay: $36 Per Hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite
Job Type: Contract Call 269-408-6738 7 AM to 7 PM daily
Available Shifts: Morning: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PMEvening: 3:45 PM – 12:15 AMWork Tuesday–Saturday, Sunday–Thursday, or Friday–Tuesday.
Job Duties:
Supervise a team of autonomous vehicle operators.
Help with daily vehicle testing and operations.
Make sure employees follow safety procedures.
Train, coach, and support team members.
Manage schedules and daily assignments.
Monitor employee performance.
Report vehicle or technical issues.
Work alongside operators when needed.
Requirements:
- At least 12 months of autonomous vehicle operator experience.
- Excellent driving record.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with vehicle technology.
- Previous supervisor or team lead experience preferred.
