Floor Technician

What You'll Do: As a Floor Technician, you'll work with a team to clean, maintain, and restore commercial floors and surfaces. Through training and hands-on experience, you'll learn to: Clean and maintain carpet, tile, vinyl, stone, hardwood, and other commercial surfaces Operate professional floor-care equipment and tools Perform scrubbing, buffing, stripping, waxing, and specialized floor-care services Follow safety procedures and SOLID quality standards Work alongside experienced technicians and develop new skills Provide professional service to commercial customers Travel to customer locations as needed Build Your Career at SOLIDSOLID provides a defined career path where you can continue developing your skills and take on additional responsibilities as you progress.
