Structural Engineer, PE (Telecom)

Structural Engineer – Telecom Towers Client: Our client is a leading telecommunications infrastructure company supporting wireless network development and tower infrastructure across the U.S. and international markets. They are seeking a Structural Engineer to support the design, analysis, modification, and deployment of wireless communication structures. Why You’d Want To Work Here: Work directly on tower, monopole, mount, and wireless infrastructure projects Support projects from structural analysis and design through construction and deployment Join an established telecom infrastructure organization with a growing project portfolio Gain exposure to complex structural projects across multiple markets and geographies Short Overview of Responsibilities: Perform structural and mount analyses for towers, monopoles, buildings, foundations, and wireless equipment Design tower reinforcements, extensions, foundations, anchorage, and other structural modifications Prepare structural calculations, engineering reports, drawings, and construction documentation Perform QA/QC reviews of structural analyses and engineering deliverables Support construction activities including RFIs, shop drawings, and technical submittals Conduct site visits and field assessments to verify existing conditions Coordinate with project managers, drafters, contractors, clients, and permitting authorities Ensure designs comply with applicable IBC, TIA-222, ASCE, and other structural standards You Should Apply If You Have: 3–5+ years of structural engineering experience, ideally within telecom or wireless infrastructure Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Professional Engineer (P.E.) license with ability to obtain additional state licenses Experience performing mount analyses and structural assessments for towers, monopoles, tanks, and buildings Strong knowledge of steel, concrete, wood, masonry, foundations, and structural design principles Experience with tnxTower, RISA 3D, Mathcad, Enercalc, or similar structural engineering software Experience developing construction documents and working with permitting requirements Strong project management, technical writing, and communication skills
