Instructional Systems Director & Data Insights

KIPP Texas Public Schools in Texas seeks a Director of Instructional Systems (DOIS) to drive high-quality instructional data systems across a portfolio of campuses. You will translate academic priorities into clear workflows, support School Leadership Teams with data-driven routines, and ensure systems are usable, scalable, and aligned to instructional priorities. Reporting to the MDIS, you will design dashboards and processes, monitor implementation, coach leaders, and help translate data into
