Senior Investigator Employee Ethics & Relations

BluSky seeks an experienced Employee Relations & Ethics Partner to own workplace investigations nationwide, serving as lead investigator from intake to written findings. This senior IC role works remotely and on-site at branches, warehouses, and active project locations. You will administer the ethics hotline and conflict-of-interest program, strengthen internal controls, and collaborate with HR, operations, and Legal to reach defensible conclusions and timely resolutions.
