Remote Court Reporter Relations Specialist

Steno is hiring a Court Reporter Relations Assistant for Provider Operations in a fast-paced remote role. The position focuses on coordinating late transcript follow-ups, communicating with reporters and internal teams, and managing workflows to meet client deadlines. You will use Slack, Zendesk, and Notion to monitor status, escalate issues, and maintain performance metrics while supporting a cross-functional Calendar, Billing, and Production team.
