Strong proficiency in Figma (Design, Fig Jam, Figma Make) for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design. Solid UX fundamentals: information architecture, interaction design, usability heuristics, and user flows. Hands-on experience designing UX for AI agentic workflows and using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Figma Make) as part of the design process. Experience contributing to and designing within a design system. Proven ability to move from ambiguous problems to working prototypes and to partner with engineering/product to ship features. Strong communication skills and ability to defend design decisions. Nice-to-haves Experience conducting or synthesizing user research and usability testing. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
