Contract Duration: 13-week contract, ending November 7, 2026 Coverage Area:
Corpus Christi, Driscoll, Alice, Kingsville, and Premont areas Home Health Registered Nurse Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas Associate degree in Nursing or an equivalent nursing education credential At least 1 year of professional nursing experience Previous Home Health field nursing experience required Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and time-management skills Ability to travel independently between patient visitsOASIS proficiency and Homecare Homebase experience preferred Dependable, organized, compassionate, and comfortable working independently Home Health Nursing Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout the assigned Corpus Christi service area Complete comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care Monitor patient conditions, identify changes in status, and communicate concerns to appropriate care team members Perform medication review, patient education, wound care, and other skilled nursing interventions as ordered Accurately complete OASIS assessments and timely clinical documentation Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, aides, families, and other interdisciplinary team members Promote patient safety, continuity of care, and improved health outcomes in the home setting Manage a field-based schedule efficiently while maintaining dependable communication and follow-through Why This Corpus Christi Home Health Opportunity?
