The Opportunity:
Position: Talent Manager (also open to Associate or Senior Talent Manager based on experience)As a Talent Manager, you’ll build and manage a diverse roster, identifying opportunities to support and grow talent and diversify revenue. You’ll lead talent recruitment, manage and secure partnerships, negotiate contracts, and oversee campaigns, while fostering long-term relationships that align talent and brand goals. IMPORTANT: You must have a partial or full roster of talent you can bring with you. Please do not apply if this does not apply.
Role Summary:
Build and manage your own roster: source, recruit, sign, and onboard talent Provide high-touch management and personalized career guidance Mentor and oversee coordinators supporting daily operations Develop strategic growth plans and career roadmaps for talent Source brand opportunities and submit talent to relevant castings Negotiate rates, contracts, and partnership terms Lead campaigns across multiple sectors including licensing, IP, and long-term brand development Oversee full campaign lifecycle from briefings to execution Forge new brand relationships aligned with talent positioning Track trends across digital platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, etc.) to elevate talent presence Support cross-industry opportunities and entertainment sector expansion Create post-campaign reports and internal case studies Adapt to evolving talent needs and take on new responsibilities as required Qualifications 1+ years managing talent or creators, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Strong understanding of brand partnerships, digital media, and social platforms Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Experience developing career strategies and growth plans for talent Entertainment industry experience and network of contacts is a plus
