What You’ll Lead: Full lifecycle oversight of large‑scale Ground‑Up Data Center electrical projects Strategic leadership across PMs, Senior PMs, Superintendents, Senior Supers, and General Supers Financial strategy: forecasting, cost control, margin protection, and executive reporting Client relationships, contract negotiations, and high‑level coordination Fast‑track scheduling, manpower planning, and multi‑project oversight Commissioning, QA/QC, and turnover for complex mission‑critical systems
