Indo-Pacific Security Cooperation & FMS SME

SMX is seeking a Security Cooperation / FMS Subject Matter Expert to work on site at SOCPAC, Camp Smith, Hawaii, advising leadership on the full FMS lifecycle and related authorities. You will coordinate with DSCA, USSOCOM, and partner nations across the Indo-Pacific to develop and execute security cooperation programs. The role requires a deep SAMM knowledge, 10+ years in security cooperation, active TS/SCI clearance, and willingness to travel up to 25% including OCONUS.
