Roof Rejuvenation Technician Part and Full Time Apex Roofing Solutions — San Angelo, Texas Apex Roofing Solutions is a local, licensed, and insured Texas company specializing in restoring aging asphalt shingle roofs through professional roof rejuvenation treatments. Our plant-based, USDA bio-based treatment helps extend roof life, restore flexibility, and protect shingles—often at a fraction of the cost of replacement. We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Roof Rejuvenation Technician to help complete residential roof tune-ups and rejuvenation projects throughout San Angelo and surrounding communities. Position Details
Pay:
$200 per completed job with bonus ( there is no hourly pay)Time required: Approximately 2–3 hours per job Training: Full training provided Service area: San Angelo and surrounding areas, with travel of up to approximately 100 miles with gas reimbursement.
Experience: Roofing experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
Must have: 1 or sales experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist with residential roof assessments and preparation Walk and inspect roofs for visible wear, loose shingles, nail pops, and flashing issues Complete minor roof tune-up tasks as trained Apply professional roof rejuvenation treatments safely and correctly Protect landscaping, vehicles, and surrounding property during each job Follow all company safety procedures and application instructions Maintain a clean, professional appearance when working with homeowners Represent Apex Roofing Solutions honestly and respectfully
Ideal Candidate:
Has previous roofing, construction, exterior home-service, or similar experience Is dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently Is physically capable of climbing ladders and working on residential roofs Pays close attention to detail Takes safety seriously Has reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Is comfortable traveling to jobs in and around the San Angelo area Communicates professionally with customers and team members No specialized roof rejuvenation experience is necessary. Complete training and job guidance will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced roofer or construction worker looking for flexible, well-paid project-based work.
