Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll own the full sales cycle, build relationships with healthcare leaders, and help shape the company's go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Develop and execute territory plans to exceed revenue targets
- Build relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders
- Navigate complex buying processes and negotiate contracts
- Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams
- Represent the company at industry events and identify market opportunities
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of enterprise technology sales experience (healthcare technology preferred)
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing complex deals
- Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic selling abilities
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Competitive, resilient, and highly motivated to succeed
