Apply for this role →To support a growing sales team, the full-time Bilingual Inside Sales Associate will manage warm leads, close sales, and schedule installations for both English and Spanish-speaking customers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Handle warm leads and communicate with prospects primarily via phone in both English and Spanish
Build value to uncover customer needs and overcome objections while maintaining quality expectations
Timely follow up on active prospects and collaborate with Sales Team management to improve performance
Required qualifications:
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
0-3 years of sales experience
Ability to type 30+ words per minute
Strong motivation for commission-driven sales
Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills
