Meditech Clinical Go-Live ATE Support

What You'll Do: Review client-specific training and reference materials before go-live Participate in orientation training specific to the client's MEDITECH environment Support nurses, clinicians, physicians, and unit staff in day-to-day use of MEDITECHIdentify, document, and escalate software issues as they arise Respond first to high-priority and critical issues Document clinician satisfaction and system adoption as directed by the client

What We're Looking For: Prior MEDITECH at-the-elbow (ATE) go-live support experience is required Working knowledge of MEDITECH Clinical workflows (e.g., Expanse PCS, Physician Care Manager, CPOE, eMAR/BMV)Comfort supporting physicians and clinical staff in a live patient care setting Strong communication skills, patience, and a calm presence under pressure Travel & Location 100% on-site at the client location Candidates local to the NYC metro / tri-state area (NY, NJ, CT) will be prioritized Must be willing to travel, including overnight stays, as the project schedule dictates Ingenuity Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
