AE Landscape Borders is seeking a skilled landscape border technician to join our team. This position isn't a general landscape laborer position, this is a landscape border specific position. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing flatwork or hardscape. Working as part of a team with preference to experience leading or overseeing colleagues. We're willing to train the right individuals to pursue a career in landscape borders. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
  • Ability to use work outside
  • Ability to use a shovel
  • Understand measuring units
  • Speak clearly and intelligently / / basic Spanish preferred
  • Follow established safety procedures and use protective equipment
  • Maintain and clean equipment and work area
  • Work with a team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
  • Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and co-workers
Requirements:
  • Entry level with in-house training program
  • Ability to assess and prioritize required duties
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials - 50 lbs
  • Ability to work long shifts
  • Attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
