Clearview Health is expanding for Open Enrollment and looking for motivated new and experienced agents who want to maximize their earning potential during peak season. This is an in-office opportunity in Boca Raton. We offer multiple schedule options, but consistent availability and attendance are required once you choose your schedule.
Job Summary:
- At Clearview Health we focus on Hospital Indemnity/Home Health Care which provides extra cash benefits to help cover out-of-pocket costs from hospital stays and medical events.
- This is a 1099 independent contractor sales opportunity
- Whether you’re brand new to insurance or already licensed, we provide the leads, training, systems, and coaching to help you get into production quickly.
- PayBase pay + commission, with additional performance bonuses available.
- Our producers can make $6,000–$12,000+ months based on production.
Duties:
- Speak with prospective customers by phone
- Identify needs through discovery questions
- Present supplemental health and hospital indemnity options
- Follow approved sales and compliance processes
- Complete applications accurately
- Participate in coaching and sales development
- Work toward premium and production goals
Qualifications:
- New and experienced agents welcome
- Active insurance license preferred, but not required to apply
- Strong communication skills
- Coachable, competitive, and dependable
- Comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment
- Able to maintain consistent in-office availability
