Contract Duration: 12 Months + extensions/conversion
What You Will Be Doing:
Facilitate project meetings Manage enhancements and determine how they may affect Operations Ensure procedure updates, demos, training, and communications are completed for each enhancement impacting Operations Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with team members to find solutions Liaison with leadership as needed
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience of project or product delivery Ability to facilitate meetings, track timelines and manage issues. Excellent written and oral communication skills Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point, JIRA, and Share Point Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities Work with minimal direction and take initiative in identifying opportunities, areas for improvement, decision making and problem solving Work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
