What You'll DoReceive, unload, and organize incoming inventory and shipments Sort, scan, and accurately label packages Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure shipment tracking is up to date Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and timeliness Verify shipping labels and delivery information for correctness Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Coordinate with drivers to support pickups and deliveries Track, review, and help resolve failed or exception deliveries Review delivery photos for accuracy and compliance when needed Assist with consolidating shipments and preparing outbound loads Support basic administrative tasks related to daily operations Identify and suggest opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency What We're Looking ForRequired: Prior warehouse, logistics, or similar hands-on experience preferred Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
