Maintenance Superintendent II – Instrumentation & Electrical

The Maintenance Superintendent II directs the activities of the Low Voltage, High Voltage and Instrumentation personnel within the Maintenance Department. Will be responsible for overseeing major repair projects pertaining to the wastewater treatment infrastructure, which includes the coordination of maintenance planning activities to ensure equipment availability, and the evaluation and recommendation of changes to improve equipment safety, reliability, performance and operating costs. Additional responsibilities will include improving organizational capabilities, optimizing processes, training personnel, management development, preparing and adhering to budgets, and improving the standards of performance for quality and safety.
