Apply for this role →Embroider We are seeking a skilled Embroiderer to join our production team. This is a hands-on, temp-to-hire opportunity for an experienced professional who can operate embroidery machines, maintain quality standards, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial embroidery machines to produce high-quality finished products
- Set up machines, including threading and material preparation
- Monitor embroidery runs for accuracy, alignment, and quality
- Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve minor machine issues
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Perform heavy lifting as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate production needs clearly
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience operating embroidery machines
- Strong knowledge of embroidery and sewing techniques
- Experience with machine setup and threading
- Ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift heavy materials as required
