Order Fulfillment Associate

JOB SUMMARY: The Order Fulfillment Associate is a full-time position responsible for accurately processing orders provided by the sales team and ensuring efficient execution throughout the fulfillment process. This position plays a key role in maintaining workflow by managing order documentation, supporting product tracking through sub-lotting, and assisting with tag printing. Flexibility and high accuracy are essential in supporting operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. In this role you ensure order accuracy and efficiency for the fulfillment process. You will also flex between tasks such as sub-lotting and printing tags to support overall flow of operations. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSProcess daily sales orders promptly and accurately Print and organize order tags for product identification and tracking Perform sub-lot to accurately monitor product batches and movement Verify all orders, meet quality standards and customer specificationsOTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITESMaintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with the sales team to resolve order related issues Support other fulfillment roles during peak periods or staff shortages Train new team members in basic order processing and fulfillment procedures as neededMINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTSMust be 21 years of age and be approved for state regulating agency to receive a cannabis agent badge Have High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn order management systems High level of accuracy and precision Ability to follow directions and work independently Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work overtime when requiredPREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTSExperience in high volume manufacturing or distribution setting Proven ability to manage concurrent tasks with accuracy and efficiency Basic knowledge of shipping and logistics processesCOMPANY OVERVIEWAscend Wellness Holdings (AWH)is a vertically integrated cannabis cultivator, processor and provisioning center operator with assets in Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
