The Role:
You are joining our acquisition sales team. You will call laundromat and dry cleaner owners, open conversations about selling their businesses, and vet them live. You will be trained directly by senior leadership on tone, sales psychology, and emotional selling. This is not a script-reading role.
What you will do:
Cold call business owners to source acquisition opportunities from a provided lead list Log and track your outcomes in a custom built CRMUnderstand how to vet a deal and motivated Seller Advance seller conversations toward signed LOIsApply a structured emotional selling framework on live calls Work alongside leadership on deal strategy and seller psychology Over 350 dials a week to be successful (though 500-750 is not uncommon).Check-in daily and train everyday, mastering your sales ability What the right person walks away with: Permanently upgrading your communication skills. Emotional selling, tone mastery, and how to build urgency that moves people to action Deal psychology: what makes a good deal, what kills one, and what questions to ask to know the difference The ability to vet a business, understand the key financials, and speak about a deal with confidence How M&A transactions are originated and moved through a pipeline The confidence that comes from operating in 6, 7, and 8-figure deal environments High performance mindset and lifestyle. What We Offer:
