About the Role: The Associate Marketing Manager brings Verb’s marketing plans to life through product launches, campaigns and programs that build brand awareness and encourage product discovery and trial. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role manages assigned projects from planning through execution and reporting. Working closely with creative, digital, trade marketing and operations, the Associate Marketing Manager ensures marketing activities are well coordinated, delivered on time and consistent with Verb’s brand voice. Responsibilities: Turn approved plans into clear project timelines, deliverables and next steps for your assigned launch and campaign activities. Coordinate briefs, copy, creative assets and approvals with internal teams and agency partners, keeping work on brand and on schedule. Work with the teams responsible for social, PR and partnerships to deliver the materials their programs need. Contribute ideas and research to campaign and launch planning, with direction from the Senior Marketing Manager. Support the Trade Marketer with product information, campaign assets and launch materials for retail and professional programs. Work with the Trade Marketer to bring channel and partner feedback into campaign and launch planning. Manage assigned sampling programs, including quantities, timing, orders, inventory and delivery tracking with supply chain and operations. Coordinate logistics and vendors for assigned events, promotional merchandise and activations. Keep the image, video and marketing asset library organized and up to date. Track estimates, invoices and spending against approved project budgets, flagging changes to the Senior Marketing Manager. Track agreed program metrics and prepare reports that explain what happened, what we learned and what could work better. Follow consumer and haircare trends and competitor activity, sharing relevant findings and ideas with the team. Manage day-to-day project and vendor follow-up, raise risks early and bring possible solutions. Make routine execution decisions within approved plans; involve the Senior Marketing Manager when strategy, spending, claims or key deliverables need to change.
Skills & Abilities: 2–3 years of marketing experience, including projects you have managed from start to finish. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Strong organization and follow-through. You can manage competing deadlines and keep people clear on what comes next Clear writing and presentation skills, with a sharp eye for details. Experience coordinating campaigns, creative deliverables or external vendors. Comfort working with spreadsheets, performance data, presentations and project management tools. A collaborative approach and the confidence to ask questions, spot problems and suggest solutions.
