Responsibilities:
Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standard Ideal candidate will have been a part of or created ISO 9001 programs Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of finding Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluation Role is onsite 5 days per week Oversee the NCR process and ensure timely resolution
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Science field 5+ years' relevant work experience Experience with APQP and/or Pepap Highly organized with excellent attention to detISO 9001 or equivalent experience (required)5+ years of Quality Manufacturing experience (required)Position is based in Thomasville and must be able to relocate
