Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain an authentic Montessori classroom environment. Guide children using Montessori principles while encouraging independence and self-confidence. Observe and assess each child's progress and individual needs. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow staff members. Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging learning environment. Communicate regularly with families regarding their child's development.
Qualifications:
